Workshop on developing case studies

On 26 January 2017 the Czech Olympic Committee has organised a workshop on developing case studies for Czech participants of the Sport Management and Leadership Training Programme. The workshop was held at the premises of the Czech Olympic Committee.

The main goal of the workshop was to help participants develop case studeis on the topic of managing marketing. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss marketing issues and create a better understanding of marketing as a science, as well as how to sell the sport organisation as a brand to different target groups and why, how to attract sponsors and how to manage them. They were also able to discuss about the good practice examples of communication on social media.

The workshop was lead by marketing specialists from the Czech Olympic Committee and other experts in the field.

Participants of the workshop were Tereza Dousova, Petra Vozobulova, Karolina Krizenecka, Lenka Kovarova, Milena Moulisova, Nicole Stavova, Barbora Zehanova, Hana Schlangerova. The workshop was coordinated by Radana Kubesova and Jana Janotova from the Czech Olympic Committee.
