Managing Strategically in the Lithuanian Cycling Federation
The purpose of this case study is to find right strategy for Lithuania cycling federation for upcoming 2017-2020 cadency that cycling as sport will grow, number of cycling sport members will increase, they will show results and attract to cycling young people and amateurs.
In order cycling sport will develop in future we need clear strategic plan with objectives, allocate financial and human resources, invest into events, education, athletes rating and grow young generation.
Cycling sport is not most popular in Lithuania, but it is good possibility to country also develop roads infrastructure.
On top Lithuania is very well known as basketball country due to prioritisation of basketball and if we succeed with strategy grow cycling- we can develop well known in world cycling athletes as Rumsas, Navardauskas, Umaras.
Managing Marketing in the Lithuanian Cycling Federation
The purpose of this case study is to find right theory and way how to market cycling culture and cycling sport in Lithuania. After creating vision, mission, values, strategy, allocating human resources and finance- it is time for marketing in order to be closer to cycling target audience.
